The hotel is in a good location, many restaurants nearby. The breakfast selection was too limited.

Early check‑in was supported. The staff were quite friendly. The female front desk clerk even helped a guest carry luggage down the stairs. The location is quite spacious and convenient. The breakfast was very sparse. This was my first time experiencing such a poor breakfast; there were almost no options. The room lighting was a bit dim.

The buffet ran out of items but was not replenished, food was insufficient for guests – guests arrived but did not complete check‑in in time, the front desk made guests wait even though they arrived at 7:30 pm. The lobby was not air‑conditioned for waiting guests.

The staff were very good and the location was unbeatable, right in the center, but the property needs renovation; most things feel tired and worn out, the shower nozzle broke and splashed everywhere, and breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had in a hotel – hardly any options, no milk, no cereals, no bacon, no sausages, etc.
