“Almost ideal!”
It’s a clean and ideal boarding house for anyone visiting Bagamoyo. The only real drawback was the huge generator that started up just before midnight on the night we were there, producing a very loud rumbling noise right outside all of our bedrooms. We understand it kicked in because the local power failed at that moment, but seven guests were woken just before midnight and the noise was truly enormous for those sleeping near the generator. If something can be done about that, such as an effective cover to muffle the sound, the place would be absolutely ideal. For now, be aware of power cuts if you like to sleep at night!
