The location, amenities, exceptional service, and proactive approach were all great, but the only point I would mention is that the otherwise perfect rooms could use towel dryers in the bathrooms.

The gym and pool were great, and the room views were nice. However, the rooms had extreme dampness with a musty smell. The breakfast lounge felt unwelcoming and was open at the entrance, and the breakfast itself was poorly prepared.

Everything was perfect! The only downside was that the water bottles were tiny, so I had to drink a lot of them.
