“Lovely”
I found the place lovely overall and the location great, though the shower felt a bit small for me because I'm on the bigger side, haha.

The location was great, right near the beach, pier, shops, and cafés. The bed was comfortable and the shower superb. The room had fruit, crisps, and water as a nice touch, plus a kettle, tea/coffee, and hairdryer. The host was welcoming, and I’d stay again—nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect—location, cleanliness, the landlady’s help, and lovely little extras. She helped brilliantly with parking, so there was no trouble. The en‑suite facilities were limited, so I shared a shower room with another room, but that made absolutely no odds; our use never clashed.
The spot was excellent—quiet side street tucked between a bustling road full of restaurants and supermarkets, with a good vibe; the beach and pier were just a couple of minutes away, Royal Pavilion and the lanes a 5‑minute walk, and the train station only a 20‑minute stroll. The room matched the photos exactly, and the shower was in the room, which felt a bit odd but still fine. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and I slept well for two nights. The curtain didn’t stay in the middle, a minor detail that could be fixed easily. I appreciated the host letting me check in early once the room was ready, and I definitely recommend it.
