The apartment is a large, modern space in an old house, fully furnished with kitchen, living area and bedroom. The owner is very nice and offers good Italian tips. It’s a 10‑minute walk from the train station with light luggage, a bit out of the lower old town but the cathedral is reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. Everything is perfect.

Very nice, helpful and friendly – thanks a lot. Parking: the address isn’t the accommodation, but there’s a free public lot on the main street, which is great.

Wonderful apartment, highly recommended, fantastic location. Small but very cozy. The bathroom is huge and clean. The host is very kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect – I just wish I could have stayed longer than 4 days!

A great little house with a terrace right in Modica’s center. Well decorated, good bed, and everything you need is there. The huge bathroom has a nice shower. The host was quick, smooth to contact, and very friendly. Everything was fine.
