The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, just a 3‑minute walk from the Tesla Museum and 10 minutes from San Sava. Public transport gets you anywhere easily. Parking is offered at a reasonable price (15 euros per day) for a city like Belgrade. The host is friendly and will help guide you with anything you need. The breakfast at the adjacent café is great—it's made fresh on the spot. We only wish the café could resolve its staffing issues and start offering breakfast before 9:00; otherwise, everything is perfect.

Honestly, my rating feels almost unbelievable, but I’m giving everything a full score! The landlord is so kind and helpful—almost like family! He assisted both of us with all matters and offered tips and advice. This rental can only be recommended without reservation. If we ever return to Belgrade, we’ll definitely book here again!

The location is truly unbeatable—everything important is within a short walk, and public transport stops are nearby if you want to head out of town. Less than a 5‑minute stroll and you’ll find shops, supermarkets, and 24/7 pharmacies. The spacious room comes with high‑quality, sensible mattresses and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the nice, large bathroom adds to the comfort. Everything is impeccably tidy and clean. The lovely garden with its own restaurant is a hidden gem of the city and worth visiting even if you don’t stay on the premises. Finally, credit goes to the wonderful hosts who paid attention to every detail and created a soulful place. Thanks for everything!
