Travelodge by Wyndham Schreiber Ontario

“Better than expected for the price — clean, comfortable, and great for a last-minute stay.”

I snagged a last‑minute booking and everything ran without a hitch. The room matched the photos—spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped for the rate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience. It’s a solid bargain for what you receive. The exterior of the building feels slightly dated, and the kitchen area shows some age, but the full stove and large fridge are real perks for a hotel of this type.

“The stay met our needs.”

The neighborhood was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I landed at the last minute because of the rain, and the host was friendly. However, the interior looked faded, the fridge was dirty, and the floor was littered with leaf fragments that required a vacuum. A filthy towel was found under the sink, and the small room felt cramped with old furniture—overall it needs a major overhaul.

“Thank you, great short stay!”

The place was very quiet and clean. I would have liked air conditioning.

“Put me in mind of a $39 roadside motel”

I was able to book last minute. Dated, unkept, uncomfortable bed
