The accommodation was very nice, the room pleasant and clean. We appreciated the good location, comfortable beds and overall pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced several inconveniences. In the late afternoon and then at night hot water stopped flowing. We also couldn’t adjust the room temperature – it was quite cold at night and when we tried to turn on the air‑conditioner a message appeared saying the temperature setting was not possible. As two guests we only received one key card from the room. It would have been more convenient to have two cards so we wouldn’t have to wait for each other on arrival.
