“Will not come back to this place and they didn't even offer a discount since my room disnt had a tv”

Not a lot of selection; my room 217 had no TV and the sink faucet was old and broken, so the room appearance needs upgrades.

Good location, they offer a light breakfast and it is very convenient for rest; it met its purpose.

Close to downtown Disney/Disney and the major freeway, with available parking; cold/wet spots on the carpet, the bathroom was not cleaned well, the staff were confused, and the breakfast was unappetizing.

I liked the location, but to reach Disneyland parks you need to walk 31 minutes and cross two bridges with a somewhat steep incline; the facilities are very old, the rooms smell damp, no iron is provided, the ice machine didn't work, one of the mattresses felt the springs, and the "breakfast" only included coffee, milk, carton orange juice, chocolate muffins, two varieties of cereal, and nothing else.

I didn’t have breakfast; when I tried to return the card key, I waited more than 15 minutes with no staff in the office.
