I didn't like that I paid for 4 rooms from booking. Com queen rooms. 6 adults and 10 children. But because you over booked we were stuck with 4 king rooms. Huh? Now where do the kids sleep. On the floor. How does this happen? We check in at 11pm and she only has 3 king rooms and has to figure out where to get the 4th, I am assuming she cancelled someone. This is bad business practice. There are no words that describe how disappointing this is. Did not know the hospitality did business like that. If I didn't show up first than we would be on the receiving end this tangled web you have weaved. If we use a booking party and paid for what we wanted, than that should have happened. 10 kids had to sleep on the floor. Ugggg

“Not a good experience, room smelled really bad, chair was all torn. And u friendly staff”

I didn’t like anything about the property, from the location and the unfriendly staff to the smell in the room.

The spot was great and the place stayed spotless, with a hot breakfast that was both plentiful and tasty, though they do allow pets.

“Very pleasant!”

The room was clean and pleasant, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The toilet in the first room we received wouldn’t flush, but once we reported it to the front desk we were promptly moved to a new room, showing quick and efficient service.
