The spot sits right in the heart of Boipeba, which made getting around a breeze. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the shower pressure was a bit weak and the windows didn’t offer any blackout option.

The house feels brand‑new and spotless, with everything in good working order and a solid breakfast just across the street. The owners replied instantly to any questions we had, which was a big plus. The only surprise was the unfinished backyard and some ongoing construction that wasn’t obvious in the photos, though it didn’t really affect our stay.

Staying in this lovely apartment right in the centre of Boipeba was a highlight – it’s probably the best pick for anyone visiting the area. Paulo and Mark were always on hand and very helpful whenever we needed anything.
