The location was great, the service was attentive, and overall it was a very good hotel; everything was fine.

The room had a strong damp smell and the surrounding guests were very noisy.

The listing said there was parking, but when I arrived they told me the price was higher for accommodation and that they actually had no parking, only a building in front where we could park for an extra fee; at night there was noise from doors being slammed inside the building.

I didn't stay at this hotel because the front desk told me there was no available room when I arrived, even though I had a reservation code; they still charged my credit card, so please refund the payment. VICTORIA HOTEL 6.880.000 CLP 12.06.2026. There was nothing worth liking.
