“Ottima location”

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the city center but far from the noise. The stunning property, complete with a pool and excellent relaxation areas, was a huge plus. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and we had a wonderful time. We're already planning our next visit.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the daily cleaning was top-notch. However, things took a turn when we were initially placed in a room without a kitchen, despite booking one. The owner, who I had hoped would be a strict and organized German, turned out to be a heavy drinker who spent most of his time in the bar and hid behind the Thai staff when things got tough. We ended up paying for a room with a kitchen but were given a basic room that was 20% cheaper instead.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive at all hours. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable experience.
