“Nous avons changé d’hôtel”

There wasn’t much to like; the hall smelled awful, the odor grew stronger toward the rooms, the pools were tiny and crowded, the space felt cramped, the bed in our room was broken, and the view was of the hotel’s backstage area. We stayed one night, then cancelled to find another hotel, feeling the whole place was pretty cheap.

The facilities are stunning and the location is great, just a short walk from Playa del Carmen. The staff were always helpful and wore friendly smiles, while the hotel and my room were spotless. The gardens are a lush jungle full of visible wildlife and birds, although the sargassum made swimming almost impossible and the food, while decent, was not very varied.

“Muy buen servicio”

I enjoyed the night and day activities, the room was in great condition, the food was tasty and clean, and the service was good, but the ice‑cream only had two flavors and the hours were very short, and the location was poorly situated.

The main highlight was the location, but the double beds were small, there was little entertainment, and they could set up a beach club at night.
