The reception staff is exceptional except for the oldest lady at the reception who behaves strangely without saying more. The first night was difficult and full of problems: dust everywhere; impossible to turn off the climate from the room until the reception intervened from their workplace; which is very strange and odd. In fact, a complaint was made in this regard to the reception managers. In addition, the smell coming from the pipe installed under the sink (unbearable).
