“For me, their denial of my booking confirmation is unacceptable. This is not reliable place!”
The rooms were comfortable; I stayed in a double with a private bathroom and it was good. The lobby was nice and cozy. They prepared very special dinners that were rich and tasteful. They helped me book a motorbike guide for a one‑day tour without taking any commission. I had confirmed the dates and price, but a day before arrival I was told the booking was invalid because the property was fully booked due to a marathon on Oct 3. They raised the price to 600,000 VND/night from the 400,000 VND in my confirmation. I had no choice because everything else was booked. This is unacceptable, and I am asking for compensation. I have all the discussion records, but they refuse to issue an invoice even though I requested it. There is no staff to attend to customers; they are preoccupied with other business and ignore guests unless it’s a large group. It feels more like a B&B where you have to take care of yourself.
