WARNING about late arrivals: the profile says '24‑hour front desk', but that was a lie. We booked with a clear arrival time after midnight, the hotel took the booking and payment, yet denied us check‑in a few minutes later. Their staff were arrogant and unhelpful when we called, leaving us on the street at night with a child and a dog, and they still charged us the full amount. Stay away.

The owner asked us in advance to move to the other property, Agriturismo Il Meriggio, a bit farther from the Saturnia thermal baths. The place was excellent, the owners very kind and helpful, and breakfast was great.

The location is great. The rooms and the price are not.
