The staff, room, location, and indoor pool were all great, but the equipment in the workout room was broken.

“I would not stay there again.”

The coffee was too strong and the breakfast was not impressive, and the front desk employees were not friendly.

The location was good, but the property feels very old and the so-called renovations are just band-aids that make it presentable enough to charge $150; we arrived at 2am and needed a place to sleep, the bed was fine but not worth the price, and the carpets are disgusting.

“Safe , good location”

The place was well lit and conveniently located with a straight drive to the beach, paid parking that was reasonable, and nearby shopping and food within walking distance or a short drive; it felt safe for a solo traveler and I liked the breakfast setup, and this is my first time staying not within a short walk to the beach and I don’t regret it. However, overall upgrades are needed: new linen or more bleaching, carpet cleaning, a cleaner elevator door bottom/track, and my door handles were difficult to open; the little things matter.

They were not very accommodating and showed no interest in meeting my needs or situation.
