“Decent stay in Reigate”

The room was decent, but early in the morning it was noisy because a large meeting was happening right below my room.

We’ve stayed here three times as a layover for Gatwick; the first visit was great, but the service and food have deteriorated, and the last meal was inedible and overpriced, so we won’t return.

“A room for the night”

The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered good variety.

The staff were kind and the bed was good, but the windows only opened 10 cm, there was no air‑conditioning—just a fan on the table, the bathroom was very old, the shower was too small for tall people, and the shower head was too low.
