“VIAJE EN FAMILIA”

The room was spacious and pretty, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The parking is very convenient. The location is unbeatable, right next to the centre, in a quiet area with no noise. Maintenance is lacking – we had to alert reception about problems with the cistern and the bathroom light, which broke twice, once at night. It was somewhat uncomfortable. The carpet in the rooms is somewhat outdated for hygiene reasons.

“Great location and beautiful building, but the rooms are dated and the mattresses need replacing.”

The place sits right in the city centre, and the gated parking is handy because street parking is scarce due to many parking meters. The building itself is beautiful and the services are top‑class. The rooms feel worn out and need a lot of TLC; the woodwork on the doors and windows needs fixing, and the bathroom tiles and seals are heavily worn. The mattresses were very soft and worn.

The location and the staff were good, and they treated us with a lot of kindness. All the facilities are in very poor condition – furniture, floors, bathrooms, radiators, mattresses – overall they need a renovation.

The staff were pleasant and professional. The parquet on the room was loose and ruined an otherwise nice interior.
