Reception was welcoming and listened. The room was very dirty: cockroaches running on the floor, torn curtains, bedside lamp broken, grime stuck in the bathroom. Breakfast was poorly stocked (no bread more than an hour before service ended, no fruit, chemical fruit juice, etc.)

“It was a good place for 2/3 nights only”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk and dining staff. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Indonesian dishes, and my bed was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a letdown, with a narrow space and dirty sink, vanity, and trash can. Additionally, the hallway carpet seemed to be neglected, as it wasn't vacuumed during my 2-night stay, and the air conditioning worked well.

“Not worth it but just ok”

My stay at this hotel was somewhat disappointing, mainly due to the limited breakfast options, which were just okay. However, the real issue was the presence of a cockroach in my room, which was utterly disturbing.

“hm ok”

I was initially pleased with the cold air conditioning in my room, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room was surprisingly cramped, and I was shocked to find cockroaches – it was truly terrifying. The bathroom was also dirty, which was a major turn-off. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements, such as providing an iron in every room.
