“Great accommodation for a short stay”
We stayed here for the third time in Bali and the first time in Lovina. The staff were very helpful with our luggage, because we were moving countries after our vacation and had four heavy suitcases. Several staff members guided us up the second floor, which involved two flights of stairs. The room itself was spacious, clean, tidy, and filled with natural light. The shower had good pressure and temperature. The only downside was a slight odor in the bathroom, which we found to be common in a few places and not something the hotel can fix easily. There’s a night market just down the road with great local food. When ordering via Grab, it was hard to find the exact address, so we chose the lemon tree location, added instructions in the comments, and had no problems. All in all, we would stay here again on our next trip to Lovina.
Check‑in was a bit confusing and we didn’t get all the information we needed, such as how breakfast worked since it was included. When we spoke to the owner she gave us a contact number to order but no details on where to go or what time. Because of that, we only had breakfast once during our stay. It wasn’t the property’s fault, but there was construction directly behind our room that literally vibrated the walls. Even outside the room it was still too loud. If we had known, we wouldn’t have booked for that time because it was very disturbing.
