“Good stay”
The room was nice, the pool was lovely, and breakfast was good; everything else was fine.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and the friendliness of the staff were great. No complaints.

The room was exceptional, and the staff was super friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room could have been a little cleaner, and on weekends the breakfast ran out of food quickly.
“Massive disappointment - will book elsewhere.”
The bathroom had Dove toiletries, which I liked. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the rooms we booked and paid for in advance; I’d appreciate someone following up on this. The sofa I was given was far from a double bed—no other room was available, no solution offered, just a dismissive attitude. The front desk even had a QR code encouraging tips, which felt tacky and made the lack of support even worse. I’m disappointed and feel reparations are warranted. The sofa bed had no bedding, so we had to ask for it and assemble it ourselves, revealing a stained cigarette burn on the duvet. Trust was lost for the first time in my travel history. This was our last night as a family after a PhD graduation, and our daughter suffered a very uncomfortable back ache on the sofa bed; it’s not suitable for 30‑year‑olds, maybe only for kids.

Le hôtel était propre et bien placé, avec un bon rapport qualité‑prix. Malgré plusieurs messages, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de l’établissement. Nous devions arriver vers minuit à l’aéroport et je leur ai envoyé des messages pour savoir si leur service de navette serait encore disponible à cette heure-ci. Sans réponse, nous avons attendu la navette malgré tout, qui n’est jamais arrivée. Nous avons donc dû prendre un taxi et sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 1h du matin. Cette arrivée tardive nous a été facturée 25 dollars. Très déçus de ce manque de communication et d’informations, ainsi que de cette facturation que nous trouvons abusive ! Sans parler du personnel vraiment pas aimable !
