The reception staff were excellent, but the Saturday night event had loud music until 2 am, and the DJ kept the volume high; it should have respected the quiet hours, which made it hard to rest.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the location was great; I spent almost all days alone because it was raining in Arraial 😅. The bathroom, though cleaned, still had an unpleasant odor, the shower was crooked and the water hit the wall more than the body, and the toilet seat was cracked. They charge a 50,00 fee upon arrival and say they won’t refund it if you forget to mention it at checkout.

For a one‑ or two‑day stay it’s very good, but the bed mattress could be thicker.
