The front desk staff were excellent and courteous. The room had plenty of space. The 2000 m renovation would allow pets. We arrived from Vilnius with a 2‑month‑old baby, and the non‑sleeping mother mistakenly saw that pets were accepted, so we brought a dog. When we mentioned it was our mistake and asked for a compromise, the owner refused to help (even asking for extra fees, opening late at night, and early departure). The institution’s lack of consideration disappointed me greatly; the room policy does indeed allow pets. We left for Klaipėda that night. It was a shame that a 2‑month‑old baby was not understood and the situation was difficult (we had waited until 3 a.m. after the flight, and there were no other free rooms in Nida).
