The room was lovely, the hosts were great, the breakfast was exceptional, and it’s close to New Forest and Southampton.

A freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of options was served, and it was generous.
It was very quiet; I kept the window open all night, and even though the main shops are just a 2‑minute walk away, the place stayed absolutely silent.

Very friendly. The room was clean and well equipped, with a private bathroom that was also spotless. The breakfast was decent, parking was easy, and I couldn’t ask for more.
