The staff, especially the reception girls, were really unprofessional and seemed to have no idea how to communicate properly. Not exactly the kind of service you'd hope for.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its proximity to the airport, but that's about it. The staff are slow, the rooms are dirty with grimy curtains and linens, and the food is just average - all for a price that's way too high.

This place is a total mess, don't waste your time or money here. The hotel is filthy, it's like they don't even care about cleaning. Overall, it's a complete disaster.

Room 268 was a letdown - the shower wasn't working right, hot water was scarce, and every door creaked when you opened or closed it. Not exactly the most relaxing stay.
