I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly staff.
The hotel's location was excellent, but unfortunately, the room was a bit dusty, and the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear.
The room size was more than sufficient, and I was happy to have been allocated a quiet room at the end of the corridor as requested.
The price was well worth it.

The facility was very clean. We checked in at 23:00, our card was ready but we couldn't open the room; the authorized person took a long time to arrive and we had to wait a while.

The room was clean, tidy, and charming, and the window had noise‑cancelling features; overall we liked it and would recommend it. The staff were very friendly and we were warmly received. The only issue was the unpleasant smell, so we kept the windows shut. On a hot day you want to open the window, but the nearby gas station is noisy and the gasoline odor seeps into the room, which is not pleasant. The hotel is small, so I would suggest booking a room on the other side; we had the cheapest room.
