Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The rooms are very small, and parking can be a challenge, but hey it’s Brooklyn!

It’s within walking distance of Brooklyn Botanical Garden and good restaurants. If you wander too far, the neighborhood opposite the garden degrades.

“The worst experience ever”

When we got to our room, we saw it had been used: trash in a small basket, messy pillows, used slippers that didn’t belong to the hotel, and bathroom towels were untidy. The shower floor had shoe footprints. We told the front desk, and they said they would clean the room. By the time we returned, it still wasn’t cleaned. After an argument they finally agreed to change the room for us. The worst cleaning I’ve seen in a hotel—never coming back to any of your hotels. Mess, they do not clean there. The next day, after housekeeping, the beds were made horribly and the trash was not cleaned.

The place was filthy and stank, and the price ought to be 89 a night; I actually checked out before morning, sorry guys.

“L’emplacement est pas mal plein de petits commerce à proximité 10mn à pied du métro”

The location and staff were good, but the breakfast felt more like a snack, and I think the hotel is pricey for what it offers.
