“If you book well in advance, you could land a good price. It's a very nice hotel in Atascadero.”

The hotel is super beautiful and feels like Italy with big rooms, but prices have risen a lot over the last 12 months.

The location offers many coffee, food, and dessert shops, and the rooms are quiet with comfortable beds.

“Charged double, still waiting refund, a place to Avoid!”

Nothing to say! They charged me twice: I had already paid on 3 January 2026, but on arrival they asked for a credit card, my friend gave one, and they finally charged double the room price; since 18 April we have been waiting for a refund after many calls and emails, with no response. We contacted the platform, they reached out, but still nothing. We hope to get our money back ASAP; this is unacceptable, especially on a big US trip where double charges hurt the budget. Avoid this place entirely.
