Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect. We were so grateful to have the elevator to access our 2nd floor room, as my husband has bad knees . We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for two days and the weather turned into a big nor’easter, but the room was comfy and the spot was excellent, right across from the harbour and ferry port. A few decent restaurants and bars were nearby. The only hiccup was the entry card glitch that stopped the car park gate from working at first, but it was eventually fixed, and otherwise there were no other issues.

The location is amazing – the grounds and fall decorations are stunning, and the staff are very nice and accommodating, plus the bed is super comfy. The rooms could use an upgrade: a smart TV and charging ports would be great.

The location is great and the room was clean. The fire pits could have stayed lit a little longer.

Reservations went smoothly, but check‑in was a bit slow. The room was smaller than a standard hotel room, and the pictures of the grounds were a little misleading – it wasn’t what I expected for the high cost. I ate at the restaurant twice; both times the service was very slow and the server was rude.
