The place was quiet, the setting was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent; nothing to add.

A beautiful manor in the countryside surrounded by a wooded park, a nice comfortable ensuite room with old‑style furnishings that were very clean, and a simple, friendly welcome.

The owner was outstanding, letting us arrive late and then, when we had no place to get food, she offered us a meal from her own kitchen – thank you so much. All in all, a stay in a 1800‑year‑old château that was well worth it.

The welcome, the quiet and the proximity to Cherbourg were positives, but the bathroom was very old and in need of a refresh.
