We arrived at the accommodation and couldn't find it; we called the phone number multiple times, sent messages, and never got a response. We had to urgently find another place.

The adventurous cabin is perfect, and the staff’s close attention with details like the fireplace and breakfast is great. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Papallacta; if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy a fantastic view of the páramo, this is the ideal spot.

The lodge was spacious and surrounded by nature. The location was hard to spot when driving, and the interior was cold until the fire was lit, which took a while.
