The location and breakfast were fine. I was planning to take a taxi to the airport, and the hotel said they could call one for me. The taxi driver charged 300 pesos, but when I actually got to the airport and took a taxi there, it was only 100.00. They seem to have a group of drivers they use, and I think they raise the price that way.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, the location was safe, walkable and close to Zócalo, breakfast was excellent and varied each day, staff were friendly, and parking was available. The courtyard echoed a lot when workers started their day—usually by 7-8 AM—and on a couple of mornings we had no hot water in our room, but that was fixed later that day. The parking garage is 3 blocks away.
