“Great location lovely staff”

The location and staff were positives, but the shower in the bathroom had a mouldy, sewage‑like smell.

The staff at breakfast were especially kind and hospitable, and the place is very dog friendly. However, the room had several problems: drains smelled, we had to call someone to inspect them, and the grout was worn out and needed attention. The beams were also dirty, making the room feel tired.

“Super cute countryside getaway with excellent service.”

We are returning customers at the Kings Head. Me and my husband absolutely love it here- a cute little get away, in a superb location, great pub food, excellent service and we especially love it when the fire is on!. Nothing!

“Lovely Stop off point. Definitely one to return to”

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is extremely dog friendly. There was nothing to dislike. It was quirky with very low beams that my husband had to duck under, but that was fine.
