Close to the airport, but the reception was unprepared, the room was dirty and careless, breakfast didn’t replenish what was eaten, tables weren’t cleaned, and the housekeepers talked loudly in the morning corridors. Terrible experience!

The staff were very polite. After staying four days, the room was never tidied, towels or bed linens weren’t changed, a skirt was missing from the box bed, the mattress base was dirty and stained, giving a sense of poor hygiene. One night I couldn’t sleep because of a very loud machine, and the next day I found out it was the air‑conditioner in the room above; if they knew, why didn’t they fix it?

The breakfast is good. The location is also good. The service was bad, I felt a lack of attention. The air conditioning also wasn’t working well.
