“They didn’t have reserved the rooms!!!! Unbelievable”

I arrived and was told there were no rooms! The reservation couldn’t be confirmed! We were 14 people, and I had to urgently find another place. The environment was awful, gloomy. The lady was lazy and uncooperative. I arrived there and the rooms were not reserved. 14 people on the street! I had to find a new place! Very bad environment and the Lady was non‑collaborative and she didn’t care at all!

“Suficiente para pasar una noche”

We loved the location and the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful, even handing us some fruit after breakfast and letting us store our luggage all day; the activity we booked through the on‑site office was run by guide Nelson, whose knowledge, attitude and storytelling were superb, and the driver was equally great. The only downside was a bar across the street blaring music loudly enough to ruin sleep, especially on the night of 27 July, a national holiday, and the facilities themselves were a bit underwhelming.

“Pour un arrêt court.”

The rating is mainly for the staff because the hotel isn’t meant for resting. The people welcomed us very well, they did their best to make us comfortable. Very good communication and they offer activities at very attractive prices. I recommend them for their activities. They have a free shuttle service. They gave us a price to stay an extra day while we waited for our night bus. The shower was good, there was hot water and good pressure. There is a dancing bar in front of the hotel and the music was very loud. Then there is rooster crowing and car horns. We barely slept.

The hotel is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and arranging a flight or any other tour to Nazca is straightforward. Its location right next to the bus terminal and the main square makes it very convenient.

“Hospedagem boa, vale pela relação custo-benefício”

The hotel is good and offers a solid value for money. The bathroom sometimes lacks hot water, which was the biggest inconvenience; after several tours we were exhausted and wanted a hot shower to relax, but it was often missing.
