We were greeted with a warm welcome and felt right at home immediately. The host was very friendly, everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this place further! 😊

“Nice apartment and convenient location”

Being very close to the Merkur Spiel Arena was a major plus for me. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Nothing else to add.

We booked this place because we were going to a concert at the Merkur Arena. The location relative to the trade fair and the arena is unbeatable; we walked about 25 minutes, but the bus and train make it quick to reach both. The rooms are on the basement level, so they have little natural light, but that was totally irrelevant for our stay. The owner was super friendly and welcomed us warmly. The room was exquisite, especially the bathroom. In the entrance area there’s a dining corner with a kitchenette; water, tea and coffee were provided. There’s no breakfast at the property, but a bakery is about 5 to 10 minutes away.

Everything was very good and I really liked it! The only downside was that the toilet outside the room was uncomfortable.
