“Nice accommodation in a fabulous location”

The hotel was clean and situated in a great spot; the reception team were very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that the lift broke one night but was repaired the next day.

“Location good, but extremely noisy”

The highlight of staying at Hotel Marbella was its location and the friendly staff. However, my room was extremely noisy—every sound from adjacent rooms, upstairs, across the hall, next door, and the bars around the hotel were audible all night. The woman in the room next to mine had a lock problem and staff were trying to get her in until midnight, banging and talking loudly in several languages, drilling the lock, etc. This continued past midnight, and the next day at 8:30 am the drilling started again. A group of young women down the hall were shouting and screaming, making a raucous scene that was hard to enjoy. In short, expect little sleep if you stay here. Cleanliness was also lacking: the stair carpet looked never cleaned, dust on light switches and baseboards, stains on the bathroom ceiling, and mold in the shower. The sheets were clean, which was a plus. I wouldn’t stay again, even though the location is good—there are better options nearby with better soundproofing.

“Kommer ikke tilbage”

The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel sits close to both the city and the beach. However, street noise was an issue, and the room was not clean upon arrival—the floor was dirty. The hotel looked worn out and the food was disappointingly bland.
