“Excelente lugar, demasiados faltantes básicos en el restaurante”

The finishes were top‑grade and the price/value ratio was excellent. The staff were super friendly, and it was great that the carts would take you to the archaeological zone for free, since the walk takes about 20 minutes. However, the restaurant had many missing menu items – we never could get eggs for breakfast, there was no bottled water, no diet soda, no tomato for the pizza, and no brandy or mezcal. Because the menu is limited and the nearest town is 30 minutes away, the lack of variety was frustrating, though we understand the staff isn’t to blame. The waiters and hostess were the reason we didn’t get too upset.

The facilities were incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extremely kind. The massages were exceptional, the prices were fair, and the drinks were delicious. Everything was remarkably comfortable and peaceful.

“EEN GROTE VERGISSING”

It looks festive, but that’s absolutely not the case. If you want a North‑Korea experience, this might be the place that comes closest. Armed security inside and outside the hotel watches you as if you’re about to launch an attack. You can only get in through a private road guarded by the army. There is NO ONE in the hotel except staff. We were the only couple after the sole guests and the staff who had nothing to do kept watching you all the time. The food is TERRIBLE; they throw everything in the fryer and serve it. They don’t have wine. At the pool, the furniture is stacked on top of each other, as if it’s about to collapse because there’s nobody. ZERO atmosphere, everything sterile, it gave a horrible feeling. We left after an hour. The promised refund never arrived. In short: avoid this place, and the attractive price doesn’t change anything, it’s a trap.

“Fascinados”

Very comfortable, connected to nature, we loved everything: the stay, the cleanliness, the attention from everyone. We loved everything.
