The staff were horribly rude. There were lizards, cockroaches, and other insects. The bed linen was terrible, not washed properly, stained, and the advertised amenities were missing.

The area was fine, but the room never got cleaned or had its sheets and towels changed, even after we told the service team. The room‑service staff were unresponsive and unhelpful.

I was quoted 1500, but the contact number only showed the OYO customer care number, so I called them and the person said 1750. I confirmed that amount but still plan to go to the hotel. The hotel staff asked for 2000, which felt like a scam.

The rooms were filthy; they claimed our reservation had been cancelled and demanded a large payment, then handed us a room whose bathroom ceiling was incomplete.
