“Very poor quality of the rooms and the hotel.”

The bathroom was a mess with a used toilet, the bed had hair and the pillow was filthy inside, even the pillowcase was dirty. I asked for a new pillow, but the staff said they had none and only swapped the covers, which still weren't usable. The fan was broken and the room had a bad odor.

“Worst Room stay”

I received three messages asking me to pay in advance to guarantee the room, yet the booking was confirmed without any prepayment. I ended up paying the full amount in cash at check‑in because a credit card wouldn't work. The room and bathroom were unclean, with torn wallpaper and dirty linens. The AC made a loud noise, and there was only one water bottle plus two small soaps; no liquid soap in the dispenser and no toilet paper roll. The TV required a subscription that I didn't have. Breakfast was promised by 8 am but only arrived at 9 am after I personally reminded the receptionist, who didn't answer my calls. The breakfast offered was just a plate of poha, two slices of bread, and a cup of tea. This place feels more like a lodge than a hotel, and it doesn't justify a price above Rs 1000.
