The place was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the prompt, courteous replies to my several pre‑arrival questions, which let me feel at ease on the day of check‑in; however, the tarp was broken and wobbly, the duvet had a noticeable stain, and although we were told about the 10 pm removal bell, hearing it ring before 22:00 was a bit unsettling.
