The pool and the location right in the heart of Bacalar are excellent. There's no bathroom on the lower level, and a changing area would be great.

The location is ideal, just steps from the city center and the lagoon. The bedding is quality and the rooms are clean. Parking is a plus! No breakfast service? Other than that it was perfect.

The rooms were very comfortable and pleasant; the beds were super cozy and you sleep very well. The terrace is nice, especially after a day of touring, and the pool is clean. On the downside, you have to cross a gravel path to get to the pool. In the mornings nobody is at reception to give good information, and the hotel’s restaurant had a waiter who was flirting with a customer, handing out his phone number on a napkin, which is tasteless and should be addressed with a policy.
