Aries Motel

“A filthy, overpriced disaster that I am reporting to OHS.”

Honestly, there was almost nothing to like about this stay, except that the carpets seemed to have been vacuumed; even that small plus was completely eclipsed by the awful conditions in the room. From the moment you entered, the space was filled with a strong mold and weed odor, and the sagging mattresses let you feel the springs in your back. The bedding was unacceptable, with stained pillow covers containing someone else’s hair and saliva, and the towels were unwashed and filthy, looking worse than a car cleaning rag.

Location. The room smelt horrible. The bed was not clean at all. There was mold that was painted over. Black mold on thw bathroom tub mat. No hot water no heat

“Cheap but not very nice motel”

The spot is great, just off the highway, but the water had a nasty odor, the bed was uncomfortable, and while the room was clean it didn’t feel pleasant.

This motel offers good value for money, with all the basics covered, a modern feel, and a reasonable price.

We drove through Edson and stopped at this motel; it was quick, convenient, and did the job, letting us catch a few hours of sleep before heading back out early the next morning.
