We booked four double‑bed rooms for one night, but the receptionist repeatedly told us we hadn’t reserved parking and couldn’t use the lot—about ten times the same story, which was unprofessional. When we asked where to park, she kept repeating that we hadn’t reserved parking instead of giving directions. Two of the rooms had a weird bathroom layout with the closet right next to the shower and no legroom, and another had mold from old infiltration. The stay was uncomfortable because of all those problems, so I give it a 5.

The place is well‑located, but the hotel claimed to have a restaurant while it was closed all summer; the owner replied that the restaurant was advertised as CLOSED, which is false—so I rate it a 7.
They let me use the spa after closing, but parking was paid for cars—luckily I rode a motorcycle and it was free, so I give it a 10.
Great location, a nice room, an amazing breakfast and free wellness, plus a smiling and helpful reception that’s rare in Bulgaria, so it was a great low‑price stay.
