The hosts were very available, the location was great, and check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free. I would have liked a hair dryer and a smaller moka pot for solo travelers.

The hotel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean. We stayed with our two kids and Mirco—an exceptional person—accommodated all our needs. The spot is perfect for reaching Assisi, Perugia, Foligno, Spello, and more by car in almost no time.

My family and I appreciated Mirko’s friendliness and willingness to help. The room was nice, suitable for a short family stay, with essential and efficient services. Cleanliness was impeccable. The private parking right next to the property was great. Logistically, the location lets you reach various destinations within half an hour. Good for a quick stop.
