The room was gorgeous and the garden lovely, and the location offered great value; the breakfast was tasty, but the shower cubicle felt slippery.

The buildings and grounds were comfortable and attractive, and everything else was fine.

The property itself sat in a beautiful setting, and the staff were friendly and professional; I’d recommend it to anyone seeking a calm, pleasant stay near Sittingbourne at competitive prices.

The dining area is excellent, a very helpful lady was there, I just wanted coffee and toast which was no problem, and it seemed like a banquet was available.

There was nothing not to enjoy. The rooms was spacious, bright and clean. I was travelling for work and the WiFi was more than sufficient for my needs (easy to connect with the details provided in the room). Parking was easy. Breakfast was fresh and hot drinks plentiful. 100% would stay again
