Everything was great – spotless, comfy, just what you need. The only hiccup was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped.

The linens and blankets were top‑notch, but being in a chalet, the room height and the basic amenities felt a bit underwhelming. The doors and TV worked, but sometimes you just want to lie down and disconnect. The shower wasn’t hot enough either.

The spot is peaceful and gorgeous, but the cabin felt tight and the cleaning left something to be desired.

The staff—Vitor, Lu, Luciano, and others—were outstanding, and the peace of the place is unbeatable. The downside? We had to drive 15 minutes on a muddy road that leaves the asphalt, and a small car can’t get through during rain.
