I stayed at Antica Pieve and it was a fantastic experience. We got to do a balloon flight early in the morning, and the owner kindly let us check in ahead of time. The place is just a short walk from Tavarnelle’s center but feels like a peaceful oasis. Breakfast was delicious, and they offer gluten‑free and dairy‑free cakes that are super tasty. Nothing to complain about – everything was perfect.
The hotel was clean, parking was convenient, and the staff were really friendly.

The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt cared for. The rooms were cleaned daily and spotless. The highlight was Katie, the head chef, who is truly talented. On a personal note, I found the mattress a bit too firm for my taste.
